Johnson would be an odd choice imo. Love him but he's not a leader.

Suarez would be the obvious candidate imo. Would benefit from him getting the extra responsibility, commitment to the team and so on. Would need to calm down a bit but he looks more mature this Season in generel.

Agger would be another candidate. His injury record still may cause for concern however.
