New manager comes in. Tries to change everything including U7 coaches, style of play, transfers..Spread themselves too thin..get fired...

I dunno why every manager who comes in tries to control and change every aspect of the club. For example, our youth system was working fine with Borrell and Mcparland. Why did Brendan have to change that?
