I've made the argument before that Glenjo's bad performances are much more costly that his good ones. While that can be said about any defender, I think it's something you have to live with from your CB's, but not so much from your fullbacks, which is where this is becoming an issue.
Is it worth gambling on Glenjo's form week to week like this? Look at what Flanagan did today, he provided an outlet at an unfamiliar position, and you can definitely say he did more good for defense than bad. If Jon Flanagan can put in that sort of performance, I can't imagine it would be hard to find an improvement at RB, where the body of work is significantly better than the highlights as it is with Glenjo.
