Exactly. For the past few years, even during Rafa's time, I've been going on and on about us lacking creativity, now we've got it in abundance. Suarez was a difficult loss to take but I love the fact that Rodgers prefers pacy, skilful players.
I mean how many did we have in the past 15 years? Discounting the players Brendan signed?
Garcia? (who wasn't that quick)

Babel and Cisse were probably the two most obvious examples.

Benitez always seemed to favour players who had one glaringly obvious trait missing (speed, a brain, a work permit). And I know that these missing traits were why he could afford the players but would much have preferred to get 1 or 2 players with the full set of skills then turnover have the squad each year.

Look back to the great Liverpool teams of old, we're starting to look much the same now. We always had quick technical players.

Sturridge is very fast once he gets moving. I think Sterling is incredibly quick out of the blocks. Over 5-10 yards he is really quick.

But, Moreno's acceleration on Sunday was also impressive. He was gone before anyone could react.
