I am not going to bet with you Ross but fact is, ever since you closed the Eriksen thread it has been inevitable.

He is coming.

@Rosco did this on purpose to try and give some more money to charity, as with the Torres bet.

Go on, someone take the bet!

@keniget - he's been linked to some big clubs (and trained with 'em as a kid), but no one really knows how storng the interest was. It seems the lad is either not as good as KHL makes him out to be (hopefully not) or really level headed and wants to go to a team which won't stunt his development (could be based on rejection of Chelsea ... and then City last year)

Take me up on the bet then Hansern

Why though? What does it prove to you?
Some on here hopes he's shite if he signs and you want to bet on it. Others are annoyed because Kris rates him highely.

Imho, I hope we sign him because he's a great footballer with a fantastic future. He'll add quality to the team and show the rest of Europe that we're still a top club regarding transfers.

How good is he? Well, Cruyff rates him very highely which in itself is a label of quality. He's also got 30 goals and 50 assists in 150 games as an attacking midfielder at the age of 21.
Its not fucking Cheyrou we're linked with.

I hope we sign him purley because he's a very very good footballer that could be fantastic.

Thats why I want him signed.

James Pearce (Liverpool echo) on Eriksen: #LFC have watched him but from what I've been told #LFC are looking at other options.
