Big D vs Twitter

Have to say, I’m glad to live in a country where speech is a consistutionally protected right, with very limited exceptions like direct calls to violence. “Think before you post” seems Orwellian to me.

You can and should be socially ostrachised for saying hateful things, but I’d prefer the government to stay out of it. Just my opinion, like, feel free to disagree.

It's an interesting balance on free speech.

"Think before you post" in relation to inciting violence is ok with me.

Inciting hatred is more problematic as it becomes much more subjective.

You can say what the fuck you like. Just think there maybe consequences to what you say.

A woman accused of being the first person to spread false rumours about the Southport suspect said she was "mortified". Widespread misinformation was posted across social media following the stabbing of three children at a Taylor Swift event on Hart Street in Southport.

The misinformation included that the suspect was an asylum seeker who had arrived by boat. It fuelled violent scenes and riots in Southport which spread to towns and cities across the country, reports the Mirror.

This cunt needs sending down.

I think the scariest thing about the US election is Trump winning and not making it through his 4 years, leaving J D Vance as President.

That on its own should be enough to hand Kamala a landslide victory.

Really looks like the MAGA movement is beginning to fizzle out. Trump cannot fill an arena in a deep-red state after not doing any events for a week; meanwhile Harris and Walz are bringing huge enthusiastic crowds everywhere on 2-events-per-day schedule. The only thing still in Trump’s corner is the feckless media that’s still making up excuses for his behaviour and giving him unlimited free publicity.

Hopefully sooner or later they will also realize that aside from a group of hardcore cultists, no one wants to watch that shit anymore. It’s like a formerly popular TV show that way overstayed its welcome.

Well for context, it should be mentioned that Montana is one of the less populated states in the US, having 1.1 mill residents.
They only have 3 electoral votes.

Also, it's safe Republican state. No chance Kamala wins it. Don think the Dems will even bother campaigning there heavily.

Speaks fluent Arabic, knows Montana inside out ... what don't you do? 😀

Trump/Musk “interview” was an utter trainwreck for both. Trump spoke with audible lisp, slurring his words and making no sense. Musk had embarassing technical issues at the start and was reduced to “yeah, yeah-ing” Trump’s every crazy claim.

Oh and Trump called Kamala “hot” and “beautiful” and said she reminded him of Melania. And said that if he loses the election, both him and Musk should flee to Venezuela where it’s “much safer.”

He really said it was safer in Venezuela? like jokingly?
Or did he mean El Salvador or something

He said something similar before, so don’t think it was a joke. It might have molded in his brain with El Salvador, which indeed became safer after a crackdown on crime.

UPD: Found it. Looks like this a recurring idea in his brain. God knows how it got there, but he will keep repeating it until something else replaces it.

The speeches by the Obamas were so good.
Shame Michelle has never wanted to get into politics, because Trump would have been destroyed with ease if she had.

People like that don't do normal human interaction such as small talk or banter. What they do is bullshit speeches written by a team of wankers.
