Betting 2012 weekly football bets.

Decent bet, Crawley are looking very strong and I fancy West Ham to romp home. Unfortuantely Charlton don't show any sign of slipping up.

My 3 pre-season bets were; Man City @ 3/1, West Ham @ 6/1 (I think) and Charlton @ 9/1 (all singles).

Unfortunately I've been trading these bets and my potential profit on West Ham is now only £40 but I win fairly big on anyone else in that division so I can't lose. I also (stupidly) traded the Charlton bet and my profits on that division are negligible.

I stuck £200 on City @ 3/1 and I traded a bit when they became favourites........I now win £350 on City or United and I've got my £200 stake back.

I might bet more on the divisional winners after next wednesday when I see how the transfer window ends.

Cheers Senor, I would have predicted a shot rather than a header but luckily I didn't have to choose the manner of the goal too.

Ok, At the start of the year I predicted my usual bad form from January to the middle of February and I was proved correct. I can't put my finger on why my betting goes downhill for 5 or 6 weeks at this stage of the season but it does. And almost as sure as my winter-dip is my Springtime re-generation. As I mentioned my most prolific betting period is from about now until the end of April so hopefully today marks the start.


-£485 leaving my profit for the season at almost exactly £2,500.
