Can't say I'm happy with us selling players without a manager in place. If it's true that he has gone then it's a bit of a shame but no big deal as long as he's replaced.

Disappointing if true. I like Yossi and he's an excellent squad player.

I have NOTHING to back this up but my gut says he wanted out after this year - not sure if it's because of the club's position (understandable tbh) or Rafa, but he seemed to be 'eager' to move on. Oh well, he was a good squad player. It says a lot that Chelsea have signed him.

Replacing him with equivalent quality for a reasonable fee will not be easy.
It's all over the media web sites here - Yossi has agreed terms with Chelsea and a deal has been agreed between the two clubs.
Well, thanks for good 3 years for us Yossi. Can't wish you good luck with the Chavs though.
As for us - I do hope it's not the beginning of an exodus. I also hope we have some creative player lined up to replace Yossi. Al Zahr is certainly not one.
Gutted, really like Yossi and he is an excellent squad player. We won't improve on him for the reported fee we are getting for him. I thought with a new manager on the way he would stay on. He will find it hard/harder to force his way into the Chelsea side.
There are about 15 players in the squad who should be leaving before Yossi. He was probably ourbest player at the start of last season. Good luck to him doubt he will play much football for the rest of his career.
Damn it. I was hoping he'd stay after Benitez left. Who authorised the sale? I find it weird and a bit disturbing that the board didn't think it was worth waiting until a new boss had been appointed. Surely that kind of decision ought to be made by the manager?

Not really, if he's decided to go then what can we do? I hope we've put up a fight mind, but player power and all that.
What I am really disappointed in is that Yossi has always made the stance that he just wants to play football, he will warm the bench there much more than he ever did here.
The more I think about this the more annoyed I feel. Why are the board not waiting until a new manager is in place before sanctioning the sale? It's only early June, there's no rush.

I would have never switched LFC for Chavs or any other team.
However, Yossi is not a fan. He is 30 and have a few more years to play at the highest level.
With all the uncertainty surrounding LFC and with an offer from the champions (i.e. champions league football) he took the decision which seemed to be best for him personally.
I hope we appoint a manager soon, as things might get nasty w/o someone holding the driving wheel.
As I said before - I'm not gonna wish Yossi good luck with the Chavs.

But he'll have his seat softened by a big pile of money.
