Vlaar is a big loss for them - he's their best CB. We should be able to win this as we're just a better team overall.

They're a bit of a bogey team for us but after one loss and one draw its time for Rodgers to beat Lambert at Anfield.
In both those games the difference for them was Benteke and pressing us high up the pitch.
It wont be easy but we should have enough quality to beat them.

I thought he played a pre season game? Anyway yeah I am looking forward to seeing him proper.
I just don't think he should be playing twice in a week. Or only if we give him a set amount of minutes per game. I do think it is in this one area that BR lets himself down; he kowtows to his most senior players. Suarez was never subbed even when he needed subbing and the same goes for SG. Lets hope BR learns how to do it.

I think Hendo could do with a breather. He had a knock and my dad Woy still played him. Gerrard nice little break in midweek alongside Allen. Unleash Lalalalala and Lazer.
At the same age the sainted Paul Scholes was never playing a full 90, never mind 2 games in a week. I just think we need to deploy SG a bit more wisely. And I don't care if he's rested, it is early in the season and nobody is 100% fit at any rate. Resting is nowt to do with it. He's in his 30s and he shouldn't be playing 180 minutes of football in the space of a few days.
