I was made up when I saw the scoreline, but then realised it probably would be better for us if they were in it.
Ah well, still good that they're suffering!

That's what I was thinking. They just go into the EL though yeah?
Anyone see the highlights of the Real Madrid v Malmo match?
It looked to me like the Malmo goalie was deliberately letting every one of the Madrid shots in.
Remember that time a fairly shit team defied the odds and won the champions league?the problem is that they are so shit that they may not even want to win it and go deliberately out of it - given them total focus on the league. If you keep a team in the CL - it keeps them hungry because they along with their coach would be delusional enough to think they can win it. We just wanted them in their for another two games as a distraction. The EL is not really a distraction - he will play the non first team players and just go out to focus on the league.
Yeah why would anyone want them to remain in the CL when they can slum it the EL with us?
Ding ding I forgot this, however I doubt they will be as arsed playing some no hoper club from Eastern Europe in the last 32 as opposed to say Barca.
CL knockout ties would take its toll on Prem form more so that EL imho.

I do. Brought tears to my eyes.
I'd rather have United out of the Champions League than pull a Rafa.
I cant believe people who pass over the opportunity to rejoice in scum failure and instead try to find the cloud in the silver lining.
They're out of the CL - its brilliant!
Hope they get drawn against us in the EL & we twat them with a reserve side.
They could never do what we did because they dont have a Djimi Traore. Despite our shitty team we had a few individuals that could change a game instantly.Remember that time a fairly shit team defied the odds and won the champions league?

De Gea was fantastic again yesterday, Hes got to be the top keeper in Europe. Wouldn't mind us trying to sign him tbh
Haha... its not unprecedented though. Wasn't there some Heinze fellow that Rafa tried to sign? Take away De gea and United would start losing games by double margins...Are you high?
