Today's CL games

I love seeing the other cunts go out of the CL but England are in danger of losing that 4th place. If we go down to 3 we'll obviously have an even smaller chance.
We (English teams) need to perform better than the Italian teams this season.

So far Juventus and City are through. Lazio didnt get past the play offs. Roma will most likely go through today.
Utd got sent out yesterday and Arsenal and Chelsea could go out today. One will probably go through imho (Chelsea).


In the EL:

Napoli and Lazio are through. Liverpool and Spurs are through. Fiorentina will probably qualify. Soton got knoked out in the play offs. As did West Ham.


Love it that the cunts get knocked out but we have to keep the Italians behind us re the 4th spot.

If they get through the next round of the Europa league then they start adding just as much points to the Premier League total as those teams in the Champions League. The total is later divided by the number of teams that qualified for both competitions and thats added to the coefficient. West Ham & Southampton are the dingbats here. So the scum winning a few rounds(but not winning the competition) and travelling to Wherethefuckistan a couple of times in the spring should be great.

Yeah why would anyone want them to remain in the CL when they can slum it the EL with us?

Not only slum it but have to play an extra two Euro games in January (like us) now too. it will hurt the advantage they would have gained by going through from the CL group stages.

Happy to see them in the Europa with us. We are better off with them in Europe than not. Would have been ok with them going through as well and getting spanked in the next round.

Nah. Better in the EL, they would have gone out in the next round of the CL anyway. They look the weakest of the teams at the top and they should do OK in the EL before losing to us in the final. That will add a ton of co-efficient points and also keep them occupied with injuries and matches instead of resting. Just like us.

Only 2 Italian teams qualified for the last 16 of the CL and both teams, Juve & Roma, finished 2nd so will get a tough draw. I'd be quite confident that the remaining 3 English teams will secure enough "brownie points" (i.e. more than Juve & Roma) to ensure the EPL keeps their 4 places.
