The point's been made a number of times when we've been discussing Rodgers on here that Rodgers likes to play wide men who strike infield towards goal. That's pretty much Walcott to a "T". If (I suspect it's a big "if", but anyway) the fee isn't outlandish, I'd be willing to give him a go.

I think Theo improved as the season went on. To the point that he was proving quite a threat towards the end of it. The risk in signing him would be in assuming that upward trend will continue. One wonders whether the penny has dropped for him, or whether he just had a (rare) decent patch of form. Tricky one.
