Agreed. I get the feeling that the owners in Southampton are just interested in staying in the Premier League. I haven't seen any real ambition since they got back into the top division like 10 years ago. Play good football, buy cheap, sell high and don't finish below 17th.

Was quite surprised Barcelona didn't go for Allegri. Pochetinno already said he won't go to Barcelona due to his loyalty to Espanyol. I would not want any of the two to end up at Chelsea nor United. Bad enough we have got to worry about Ancelotti spoiling the party, don't need Allegri to be in it too.
I want Ole and Lampard to stay put, don't mind Guardiola leave and hope Ancelotti won't stick around too long when some big clubs outside came calling. He is the only manager that I fear in this league, the rest are just meh. So sack race, whoever it is as long as it isn't Ole and Lampard.
I think City have got the hardest job to keep going in any direction when they get a new coach. That squad isn't very good, and there's no leaders on pitch. You can sort of see the start of something - not a very good something - but something at Man U. A decent coach would get a lot more out of that squad. Chelsea the same. But City, they already have a top coach, they've just spent a lot of money on shite.
To be fair, I think city have a team that is built to fit a system, like we do. Difference is, the city players have had the fire in the belly extinguished by peps desire for possession. Probably is down to a lack of leaders (yaya and kompany were intrinsic to their morale), bit that's something that can be rectified with decent scouting. They manage to get a motivator in next to replace pep, that team will be excellent again.

I don't think he will leave though. As long as there is a chance of Messi coming to City, he will stay. The owners have invested way too much money to fire him also. If Messi signs a contract extension at Barcelona or commits to PSG, Juve or Inter, I think he will leave at the end of the season.
