He's increased his work rate a great deal this last few games, & he's arguably just behind the three S's in terms of creativity so I'll forgive him losing the ball more than some.

Pundits have been saying Gerrard has more time now to pick his passes, but the other point is: so do the opposition to see where's he's going with them. He's got to be much quicker and cannier with his long balls from that position.
