He looked better yesterday but like most I'm struggling to trust him.
I can see him giving away a few penalties this season.
He looks so rash.

I wouldnt go that far Leo. Does he look rash?

I think he's a very good shop stopper and my only complaint is the odd parry he makes. Pepe was excellent at taking the ball into his body and holding onto it. I think we've done very well in replacing Reina though.

I'm not too concerned with his distribution. It's not really a hindrence is it? I'm not enjoying him trying the odd sneaky drag back. He'll get caught out doing that. Reina, VDS and few others make it look easy but they are excellent with the ball at their feet.

Yeah man i'm worried.

I had no alcohol this weekend and ran 5k Saturday and Sunday morning. Maybe it's that. Healthy lifestyle isn't suiting me.

I only said he looked gangly like Traore and that puts the fear in us!

Same way if united produced another little ginger centre midfielder shaped like Scholes, somewhere in my mind I might have the completely unfounded assumption that he couldn't tackle.

NO EXCUSES MARKEH! That's one tick on the naughty board.

The only way "Sahko is as gangly as Traore" can be true if you tell that to Sahko right in his face and survive the encounter.

I think he looks decent.

Sure he looks a bit awkward on a ball, but that's no way to judge a player, and especially a CB.

[article=http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2449538/Mamadou-Sakho-called-Killer-Brendan-Rodgers.html]Liverpool centre-back Mamadou Sakho has revealed that Brendan Rodgers calls him 'Killer'.

The French defender is trying to settle down on Merseyside after moving from Paris St German for £15million.

'I just bought a house in the suburbs of Liverpool, not far from Steven Gerrard’s home,' he told Le Parisien.

'When it comes to driving, I’ve found myself on the right once or twice! But I’m going to get a driver. It will be easier.

'As for the football, I am not experienced (in English football) in the same way (as in France).

'I am learning and I listen to the instructions of the coach. It’s funny, he (Brendan Rodgers) calls me Killer! On the training ground, I try to adapt myself to my team-mates.

'And it’s getting better and better as I learn the language because I need to communicate. I take English classes.

'At Liverpool, there are some really good players in my position but this competition is healthy.'

He has appeared five times for Liverpool this season and they are joint top on points in the Premier League, alongside Arsenal.[/article]

He's a beast in the air, and we've really missed that since Sami left. It was very refreshing to see him consistently nodding away high balls against Palace. He's certainly a bit rough around the edges, but I have high hopes for him.

I've grown to trust him. He did have that sliced clearance but I enjoyed his grin. He was like fuck it. That aint no thing.

Mignolet got a touch on it before it got to him which meant he couldn't adjust.

At first i was like what the fuck are you doing you big moron, then I saw the replay. He couldn't have done anything about it.

Putting it out there; he's going to be class. My PSG supporting mate is gutted he's left.

Good to see. There does seem to be an excellent team spirit around the squad generally and Sakho's obv.playing his part in that.
