This could be wishful thinking but I'm not sure even two windows will be enough. The rot in that dressing-room runs very deep indeed and the whole squad needs major surgery, but they've p!$$ed so much money up the wall over recent seasons that they may well not have pockets deep enough to get the necessary rebuild done in a couple of windows. The only way they might manage that is to do a fair bit of their shopping in the bargain basement, which is highly unlikely to get them to where they want to be.

Oh dear how sad never mind.

They've got a few big salaries coming off the books this summer and presumably Rashford will be sold.

Will take a bit of time but they have no choice but to double down on a youth movement, take their licks for a couple seasons like Arsenal did, and build back up.

I don't see any short cuts back to the top for them.

He should focus on becoming a lawyer, he seemed interested in that line of work during that documentary about the Wagatha Christie case.

He also came across as extremely likeable.

Sometimes it's easy to forget that a lot of these lads never had a normal life, like he's been one of the most famous people in the UK since he was 16.

Could we see Utd sack a second manager this season if they get dragged down into a relegation fight?

Absolutely. On current form they will be in the relegation zone by Feb. he’ll be gone if they that happens, esp with the transfer ban in place.

At least we'll have to see less of those disastrous Turkey teeth.

Wolves should appoint Moyes on a 2 year deal, sign two new CBs and pray. It's probably their only chance of beating the drop.
Nah they won't go down. At least 4 worse clubs plus City!

Yeah, think they were after Potter. So are Everton if you believe the noise on Elon's bullshit machine.

Sounds like he's been sacked for weeks and is just hanging around while they set up the new manager and he can get a juicy payout.

West Ham feels like the easier job when you compare the current squads. It’s tempting to get distracted by the buzz of a new stadium or new ownership, but the main focus has to be the existing team. West Ham’s squad is underperforming, whereas Everton’s is just limited and predictable.

Currently West Ham are not working hard enough across the pitch, don’t look fit enough and need some defensive structure, which aligns with what Potter gave to Brighton. Get that in place and be can trust the likes of Bowen and Kudus to deliver at the other end.

I’m not sure West Ham fans would fully take to the style of football Potter played at Brighton. While he earned a lot of acclaim, his team became overly defensive and toothless toward the end of his time there, but as said, he has existing players to mitigate that.

Potters game is less suited to fixing Everton. Their attacking game is shite and limited, and while Dyche’s style is clearly a factor, it’s hard to see Potter as the man to improve that. Besides, Everton fans tend to lose patience with managers quickly anyway.

Potter may have reflected and changed his style whilst living like a king on his Chelsea payout, but from what we know of him, I'd say West Ham his probably the better fit, even if he has to promote David Sullivans dildo empire on the side

Summerville always looks dangerous then shits the bed when it comes to actually doing something near the goal.

Some decent players there. They should get better under another manager.
I think they're all shit apart from potentially Summerville or Guilherme (who I don't know anything about). Carlos Soler who is on loan from PSG is completely useless as well

They obviously should be doing much better with Bowen, Kudus, Paqueta, Soucek etc. though

I rate Kilman, and awb can do a decent job. Tolibo is talented, but unproven in the pl.
I don’t know enough about those Hispanic named lads. Fullkrug is a carthorse.
Summerville has some talent and West Ham is probably his level
