If they think Moyesball will be much of an improvement (if any at all) on Dyche's WWF lookalike football, they've got another think coming. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if they do even worse under Moyes because Dyche at least has a history of saving teams of carthorses from the drop. I'm also reminded that back in the day Howard Kendall returned to the bitters not once but twice and failed both times.

At least they'll have the snazziest stadium in the Championship.

I'd be happy with that if I was an Evertonian, he's a good manager. Every time West Ham sack him for some Euro Yahoo, they need him back to keep them in the Prem. He was good at Everton, he should have had more time at Utd.
I think David Moyes is generally sound. He gives me the vibes of a humble and caring person and while his football is far from trendy, it is effective.

Moyes gives me a similar impression, but years ago a friend of mine who worked for a firm of solicitors often consulted by football clubs (did some work for Roy Keane early in his career - said he was thick as a plank) told me that Moyes wasn't widely liked by his fellow managers. This was a good few years ago, but it does make you wonder.

Moyes just ensuring his pension fund?
Cannot see this end well, as the team is weak and should continue to struggle.
New impatient owners. If they manage to stay up, I can see him out by next xmas.

They are nailed on to stay up. Even if they did drop into the relegation zone City will see them right.

The shit thing now is we will play them twice with their tails up. It’ll be United all over again

They have enough time to lose any bounce before we play them.

I think they are fucked. At least Ipswich and Leicester look like they can score goals. Everton are just want up front.
