Do you want to finish top 3 or compete for 4-5?
If we need 3 chances to score 1 then that's above average (on average it's 1:4 for most teams).I think that's fair. Diaz doesn't have the end product, Nunez just isn't clinical at all. We need 3 chances to score 1. I don't think anybody knows what our best XI is yet. We got away with it a few times in the first 6 games, were not getting away with it anymore.

Yep. Even the City pundit, Micah Richards, said it was 100% a Red Card. The peno was a red card last man again the ref bottled it.
Slow starts go down 1 nil this has to be addressed or we will not be challenging for the title.

Fair result.
Grav should’ve put the game to bed at 2-1, Pedro should’ve won the game at 2-2. No real big chances for either side beside that.
Never wanna see Harvey start another game and never wanna see Mac as the 6.
Robbo also is declining big time.
It’s a decent result. They can beat most teams on their day and they’re at home. How is a point at Brighton a terrible result lol.

Oh, the other thing, szobo can shoot and runs well, he's a great midfielder. He was a great buy.
Gerrard? Please. I've had enough of all that.

It would’ve been a red card every day of the week had it been the other way and it was one of our players that did that to Brighton’s player in the box.The peno was a red card last man again the ref bottled it.
If we can stay within 3-5 points until Jan (which I see no reason why we can't) & then get someone like Andre to galvanise the squad....hopefully keep a relatively clean bill of health and see where it takes us.Decent result all things considering. Good to be 3 points off top and only 1 pts behind City instead of 7 pts which we would have expected a bit over a week ago if you told me we got 1 pts from the last 2 fixtures.
We were never winning the league this season but we are building nicely towards a decent challenge next season.
Anyone we with in Jan for DM (esp a South American who’s never played in Europe) will take minimum half a season to adjust. Target this season is top 5 and have a good crack at a trophy. Anything more is a bonus. If we can stay within 3-5 points until Jan (which I see no reason why we can't) & then get someone like Andre to galvanise the squad....hopefully keep a relatively clean bill of health and see where it takes us.

Tightness at the top shows just how fucking important that call at Tottenham is going to be at the business end.Decent result all things considering. CL qualification is all that matters. 2-5 same same.Top 5 lol?
Other than City and Arsenal we're miles above the rest. Finishing below 3rd would be disappointing.
I personally don't believe in this whole adjusting period, think it's a load of old bollocks....if you're good enough you'll settle in and fit in straight away & in any case how would you know this about us seeing as we never fucking sign anyone from outside Europe....
Always feels that way until City stretch their legs in the 2nd half of the season.Tightness at the top shows just how fucking important that call at Tottenham is going to be at the business end.
