Damn, forgot about that one. It should count.
But I can't remember us beating them in a League/FA cup final.
Well we're not though are we....because it's not happened for 10 bloody years.

But it's ok - Using your logic, based on our last three years' history, we're going to win the league every other year and the European Cup every three years from now on. So that's nice...

What logic are you waffling on about? I was talking specifically about the league cup and you’ve randomly turned it into replicating our recent success?

We didn’t have the squad until recently. Even up to a few years ago we got fucked over by being to forced to send academy players only.

That's your quote, word for word, when I told you that we're good enough to win this AND compete for other trophies. And it's saying that, to you, because it's happened that way for that long, it will continue to be so, as, again, in your own words "we're not though".
That's your 'logic'. Recent past performances will simply continue. I just used your 'thinking' about the League Cup and expanded it out to include the League and the European Cup.
