I hope so. It's great when we sign someone like that. Or it was when we signed top players people had heard of. Now the only dealings we have are with players with potential or ones that we've helped turn into a household name when they fuck off.

I once went to an authentic - absolutely packed with Chinese people and they didn't even have a fork in the place when I asked for one, so pretty sure it was authentic - dim sum restaurant here in London, and it was hands down the worst meal I've ever had in England.

Karlsen has been a top scout for the last 20 years in Switzerland, England, Germany, Russia and France for clubs like Leverkusen, Hannover, Zenit and Monaco. He's also worked as a Sporting Director at several clubs.
Safe to say he knows his stuff when it comes to players and that could actually be interesting to some.
It could even be helpful so that we buy the right type of player.

Probably the closest thing you're gonna get to authentic Chinese food in this country is dim sum, and there are some alright places around for that. Also I seem to remember going to some big ol' place near the docks where you sit upstairs - that was pretty good.
I guess it's a matter of going outside of your comfort zone and ordering things you wouldn't normally order.
