Derby were fucking shit swinging in cross after cross straight for QPR's CBs to clear time after time with ease or for Robert Green to catch. Dawkins, Forsyth, Ward were all really frustrating to watch. And when they needed to defend for once, both centrebacks and a midfielder all fucked up in quick succession.
Gutted to see QPR back in the league again. Sickener.
Just reading up on Thorne - seems he tore his ACL in February last year and was out for half a year or more. Probably explains why WBA decided to send him out on loan when he returned from injury instead of keeping him in the team.
Erm why? He hasn't done anything wrong this half, unless you're referring to his lack of attacking contribution, which I agree has been pretty non-existent.
Thorne looked very promising. Will Hughes was very meh.
Feel for Derby as they had the momentum and tried at least to play som footy. I'd feel robbed as a Rams fan.
McLaren will get them promoted next season imho, if he stays one more year.
Dont know if Pesam agrees but Grant looks like a completly different goalkeeper after Steele took over.
I know he was at Utd, but I'd love to swap Achtenberg for Steele.
Rotherham 2-0 down, came back to draw 2-2 and forced extra time. Won PK shootout. Back to back promotion too. Great job by Steve Evans (in 2012, left fellow League Two club Crawley Town when they were 4th and joined Rotherham who were 11th)
Good to have Harry back. Need some entertainment out the car window on transfer windows last day... and it increases the chances to get rid of dead meat (if we have any)!!!
