They're not getting relegated.

He's also been their star man when Leicester were finishing top half so he's obviously not the problem in that squad.

Who do you think are getting relegated?

Leeds, Southampton and one other, surely?

Not too sure how to feel about this, was sure Leicester wouldv'e won.....couldv'e won, but so could Everton.

SHIT

I didn't like Leicester's approach at the beginning, but I guess they thought Everton would hustle and bustle and then peter out.

I'd be a bit fucked off with maddison. Yes, worldy pass for the second, but then missed a pen and got a bad case of the benayouns for the rest of the game

Both teams comfortably deserve to be fighting relegation though

Leicester score far too many to go down. GD plays to their advantage all on the teams below them so that counts for another point?

When do the lowest scorers stay up?

Greedy how?

He's provided more chances for team mates by 3x more than the next man.

Did you not see his pass to Vardy for the 2nd?

Yes mate, I just told you I agree with you, he's a good player. But if you watch that game again you will see dozens of opportunities for a pass but he wanted the glory.

I think it's forest unfortunately. If DCL wasn't playing it would swing it. Maybe he'll get an injury getting milk from the fridge.
Can see Forest at home beating Bournemouth & who knows how they'll do at a free fall Chelsea side with nothing to play for....Everton will not get a single point from their next 2 games.

True, but Everton could get 6 from their last 2

No chance they go to Wolves and win, hoping they'll already be down by the time Bournemouth comes but Bournemouth have put some whoppings on Everton this season as well so.....it's gonna be interesting.

Forest don't play Bournemouth? They have Southampton at home (must win), Chelsea away (probable loss but who knows), Arsenal at home (depends if bottlers are on full meltdown by then), and finish away to Palace (who will have nothing to play for).

Everton will get tonked their next two matches but then finish with winnable games against teams with nothing to play for.

Sorry yeah getting the 2 mixed up, even easier game for them then....they really should be taking 3 points at home to the worst team in the league.....they probably do lose to Chelsea tbh but nows the best time to play them. Palace away will be tricky, it's a winnable game for most teams but given Palace's recent run of form and Forest's away record.......

For me Wolves at home will be too much for Everton, man for man they have the better players.....Bournemouth have dished out some heavy beatings to Everton this season, who knows. Well I do know, Everton WILL GO DOWN!!!!!

Everton are 100% staying up.

They are currently better than Leicester, Leeds and maybe even Forest. They have a solid manager and a positive mentality.

Fixtures are irrelevant. Leeds are self combusting. They could play Doncaster Rovers and I'll still back them to lose.

"“I do my homework. I called it this morning, which way I was going to go, but he’s a good player with his delivery and he can whip it or open it up. I think he expects me to dive so I think I’ve double-bluffed him and got one up on him. But, yes, it was a big moment in the game and I’m happy I saved it because that’s what I’m there to do, try to help out my teammates if they make mistakes.” – Jordan Pickford"

I am sure he could have crammed in another of those "I am the man" if he tried.

He's such a fucking twat.

"I did my homework," Pickford told Sky Sports. "I called it this morning where I would go. He is a good player and he would've expected me to move, but I double-bluffed him and got one up on him.
"Madders needs to learn his lesson. Don't play poker.
"It was a big moment and I'm happy to save it - it's what I'm there for."

I mean, there's absolutely no need, unless you're a total cunt.

He's such a massive cunt. The chest punching, screaming at teammates and general behavior is so awful.

To make it even worse you could see a picture of his water bottle next to the goal with Leicesters penalty takers on it and Maddison has hit his 60% of the time in the middle of the goal. That "homework and calling it" was about the most easy decision on where to gamble you could make when Maddison stepped up in all honesty.

Than Leeds maybe but the other 2? You call losing 3-1 at home to Fulham and 5-1 at home to Newcastle being better, aye? They haven't won in about 8 games.

Everton could easily lose the last 4 games.
Yes we've done this before in this thread where I said there's a strong chance of Everton being relegated simply because they have a very very tough run in and that for Leicester so long as they didn't lose last night they should stay up. Yesterday's point may have saved Everton from relegation however.

I expect Everton to lose their next three games (A-Brighton, H-City, A-Wolves who have a very good home record vs Everton with one of the worst) and depending on Leeds & Forest everything will likely be on that last home game to inform Bournemouth. If they beat Bournemouth then that's 29+3 = 32 pts (GD currently -25). Current form : LLDLD

Forest have a huge game coming up next at H-Southampton, the way Forest are playing I expect them to win that (hopefully), then A-Chelsea isn't a given for CFC but let's say Forest lose that and then lose at H-Arsenal. Last match is A-Palace which could go either way as we've often seen in games where one team is safe and mentally on holiday, maybe a draw. Maximum for Forest is 30 pts now +3+1+34 pts (GD currently -32). Current form : LLLWL

As I said earlier Leeds are in massive trouble with likely losses to A-City and H-Newcastle coming up. Then A-West Ham could go either way with West Ham safe and Leeds desperate. Last game is H-Spurs which should suit Spurs' counter-attacking play against an open Leeds side and Spurs likely still fighting for a European slot. I'm going to say Leeds find a way to get 1 point from those last two games : 30 pts now +1 = 31 pts (GD currently -24). If any team is going to save Everton it's Leeds who need to pick up surprise points somewhere (West Ham or Spurs). Current form : LLLDL

Leicester are A-Fulham (could go either way), H-Liverpool (expect us to win), A-Newcastle (lose) and finally H-West Ham where they could pick up 1 or 3 pts. Based on current form and their goal scoring ability I can see them winning a game against either Fulham or West Ham. 30 pts now +3 + 33 pts (GD currently -13). If it comes down to GD they are by far the best of those bottom 5 teams. Current form : LLWDD

Southampton, Leeds and Everton to go down.

Pickford acting like being able to read something prepared for him is a work of staggering genius.

He must love cereal boxes.

Don't play poker with me. Play football, where there are penalties, and then don't guess at where I'll go, or I'll guess where you will go, sometimes. Just don't play poker. Or do, and see what happens, I might have an entire coaching staff tell me what hand you might play. Then I'll tell you not to play football.
