Hope they go out early so Suarez can start preparing for the new season

I wonder whether the opposite may apply? Against UAE Luis looked out of condition and a long way from match fitness. Competitive matches may be just what he needs! 🙂

Gaston Ramirez has played very well and senegals forward who scored the goals is also going to be at a big club sooner than later.

You may have a point there. I'd like him to play against Leverkusen at home at least.
So maybe getting 2-3 games more in the Olympics would be good for him.

This is a strange match. Senegal play like a disciplined 2012 team that has an element of 1970s African whackiness about them.

They have ... but he's 1/2 the player we're getting in Neymar

Neymar is no different from what Robinhio was for Real and Man City, he does not have the proper body frame to be a huge success in Europe long term. As for Oscar - he kind of vanished in the second half with game against Egypt, and today he was given too much time on the ball to do his good shit.

I really hope we don't spunk 16-18M on that Ramirez guy.

Neymar - assist, goal, assist.

It's an interesting comparison Moron to Robinho, but Neymar seems to have a different touch of class to him.

I have followed Brazil a lot through-out my life and these set of players don't impress me at all. Apart from the notable obvious players in that team - most of them don't look like they are strong enough for European football - I have no idea why Chelsea splashed out what they did for Oscar, and also why Man U think £30M is good for that Lucas chap. If those players do come good in Europe - it will take as long as it did for our Lucas to become established - they are mentally strong enough. As for Neymar - I don't think he would do well long term in Europe.

I did like the Belarus No. 10 though - he looks like someone that would do well in our team.

beautiful link up play by the Welsh there ... Allen to Giggs to Ramsey (I think) to Bellamy, who put in a great cross and Giggs buried it

1-0

Yeah, I said it last year. Dont see what the hype is with Cleverly.

Suarez got some rough treatment today. The booing is gettint old. Cunts.

Bellers really looks up for these games ... Skins a player and sets up Cleverly who hits both posts with a great attempt.

HT 1-0.

It pains me to say it but Giggs has played some sublime little passes. Bellamy has been really good, too - and what a pro, he looks ready to start the season.

Giggs had one run where he just absolutely flew - I didn't realize the sister in law shagger could still motor like that
