I was heading towards the same sort of response, then I came out this thread and saw the Lucas thread he's just posted. The WUM deserves all the shit he gets, he's a fucking idiot.

No because I more or less don't start any discussion about him. You lot do that instead. You moan and moan and moan in many posts and then I defend him but I don't start the discussions.
If you stop moaning about him then I will also stop going about him. I have as much right to defend him as you have to throw shit at him.

Yeah you forgot to conclude your defence. It was pointed out that the ball had already gone before Lucas committed the foul. Photographic evidence was posted, several times. You ignored it, then cried like a fucking baby about other subjects like supporting the team, it being a team game, and so forth. So exercise your right to defend him, or otherwise shut the fuck up with your crying.

The picture above show that the Dortmund player had full control of the ball before Lucas made contact with him. After he made contact he lost control of the ball.

So the player is more or less shielding off Lucas, running away from towards goal and into the zone that Clyne has his man in and Lovren is closing in on.
So when we're talking immediate danger, whereby Lucas would be without any option but to foul their player (ie a counter where Lucas has no support and the opponent has space to run into), it's not really the case here at all. Joe Allen is running into the central zone to plug any potential gap, with Milner heading towards the danger zone too, the guy is more or less outnumbered by at least 4 players from that position, Sakho, Clyne and Moreno all have their men covered, so there is no pass on for the Dortmund attacker.
That's less of an immediate threat than, say, giving away a freekick 25 yards out, with seconds on the clock of a game you're winning, but only one goal away from losing.

Sakho don't have his man covered. Clyne don't have his man covered. He is on the wrong side of him. He should force him out wide. You will of course again totally ignore that. The other players don't have a chance to stop Aubameyang entering our box.

No it don't. The Dortmund player is on the way down in this picture after Lucas fouled him, not before he touched him. He had full control of the ball at his feet before Lucas fouled him. I also posted a link that show the incident.
