ive heard liverpool are going to sign him, not sure if its permanent or loan

i dont know a great deal about him, only what ive read

do any reds here rate him

Hardcastle's mate who watches SSN says we're not signing anyone, so you must be mistaken mate.

Luc Castaignos ?

You sure his name isn't Lucas Taignos ?

We seem to be in the market for players of this name-type.

Actually, this guy sounds like a real prospect. Let's face it, we can reasonably expect anyone to play better than Jimmy Nail, so why not? So long as we're not breaking the bank. A loan with an option to buy would be perfect.

Lol he only said ramirez and hoilett.

Ill give him a bell later for you Mac

This lad is a great talent, and we should have bought him before he left for Inter. Not sure they'll sell him though. If he could have an imidiate impact Im not to sure.

Huge huge talent. I'd be quite excited if we got him, provided of course we get him some playing time, and not treat him like Shelvey.

He must be shit if he wants to pay with us

Granero interested in Liverpool move
January 14, 2012

By ESPNsoccernet staff

Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero could leave the Bernabeu for Liverpool, according to his agent.

Despite his talent, Granero has found first-team opportunities difficult to come by at Real this season - the former Spain Under-21 international facing stiff competition from Mesut Ozil and Kaka in his favoured attacking midfield role.

And while Liverpool also currently have a host of midfield options, his agent Teofilo Lazaro believes the Spaniard would be interested in a move to Anfield.

"He's finding his chances limited at Real. He's keen for a move away - possibly to Liverpool," Lazaro told the International Business Times. "If he can't play at Madrid then he'll play somewhere else. It's as simple as that."

Since Kenny Dalglish was reappointed Liverpool's manager in January 2011, he has signed Charlie Adam, Stewart Downing and Jordan Henderson to strengthen the club's midfield options. It remains unclear how interested the Merseyside club would be in moving for Granero.

Decent player. Good technique, intelligent on the ball and good passing ability.

Should help us maintain possession between the halfway line and the oppositions penalty box even better.

I don't know what's happening in this thread now.

Who are we talking about ?

I think rather than talking about anyone we should urgently buy someone who knows the road to the net .

I know nothing about footballers outside of our club these days. I hardly watch any football.....but from the little youtube i have seen, i think there is a player in there.
