Liverpool v Wolverhampton Wanderers

You've made enough money on it already, why risk it? Or does that logic only apply when fucking over Liverpool?

The logic doesn’t apply again because he’s not cashing in on this years bet. Only last year he was “betting 6k on a single match”.

On Tuesday we were 14/1 to qualify. We are 11/4 to win the league. Don’t. Stop. Believing.
11/4! Momo you need a new bookie, the lowest price I have seen for us to win the league seen is 6/1 and 7/1 in lots of places. Given that City are between 1/10 and 1/12 to win the league it would suggest that even 6/1 or 7/1 is poor value.

I've got a feeling we will lose this , I've not felt that way about a league game since city

Back in training

That is really good to know, the only worry I have is Lallana, I wish he was not available for tomorrow or the CL final. Klopp has a tendency to pick him in situations when any of the front three are not available. Every time we approach a final, he is suddenly fit for that ? - I am really fed up with him to be honest, and hope he just leaves at the end of this season. If in the CL final - one of our front men get injured and then Klopp brings him on as the sub, I guarantee we will probably lose that final - would not matter if we were playing Huddersfield in the final.

I don't wanna get excited about this. I wanna forget about it and just accept City not winning is unlikely but fuck it I can't.

Up the fucking reds. Here's for another miracle

I'm glad the pressure isn't on us to some extent. The league is almost an amazing bonus after the Barcelona win rather than do or die. I've long accepted we're not going to win the league, despite our remarkable effort. If Brighton do the unthinkable tomorrow, the thought of Liverpool parading around the title and the European Cup is the stuff of of dreams.

It's be insane. TBH town is gonna be fucking nuts anyway. People have been paying ridiculous prices for tickets (wolves fans selling their tickets for £600 in the away end FFS) & every hotel & room in the city has been booked for ages.

Even the BOSS end of season party tickets have been selling for hundreds each.
Wouldn't surprise me if there weren't ANY Wolves fans there .. if you were a Wolves fan wouldn't you rather pocket the money for your next season ticket ?!

City have scrapped by in a few recent matches, 3 x 1-0 wins in the last four. We all know that every passing match means the chances of a shock result increase. Maybe, just maybe, City will dominate and hit the post/bar 5 times. miss a penalty, Sterling will miss 3 one-on-ones and it'll end up 0-0 or 1-1. Just maybe.

I am feeling the nerves today. I still believe it’ll be us with the trophy at 5pm.

My stomach is in bits, I've got cotton mouth, can't stay still (even more than usual).

Haven't felt this nervous for fuck know how long.

Convinced there's another twist today.

"My mates best friends aunties boyfriend saw 3 Brighton first team players getting lashed in Brighton 3 days before the game"

Or words to that effect doing the rounds.

Loving the misdirection and mind games here.

Fuck I'm nervous.

Yeah, I’m like that as well. Feel there will be another twist today, its building up to be a finish like that.

Having read Ryan, Duffy and Gross comments on how they will approach the match, it seems like they are determind to put in a great effort. Talking about contributing to writing history and upsetting City.

It feels a bit easier coming second with the CL final still to come, so its a bit of a weird feeling today as well.

I think I'm going to fire up Fifa and spend the next few hours playing as Brighton against Man City on the toughest difficulty.

I think the CL result does actually have an impact today.

If we hadn't have won it'd mean the players would be under immense pressure as it was their only chance at anything, yet know that it still wasn't in their own hands.

The atmosphere would have been arguably as much nerves as anything, for the fans it would be the same. Of course there'll still be loads of nerves today, but knowing we have Madrid in a few weeks after thinking we'd lost the chance will mean there's a good reason to celebrate, & hopefully help generate a great atmosphere of defiance & celebration.

Then you have the effect on that lot in Brighton. Their team & fans will once again be thinking "They just won't go away, they don't fucking stop, we just can't seem to beat this fucking side". If that introduces just a bit of doubt or nerves in the side & the fans it may, just may, be enough to spoil their attitudes & their game.

All this talk of us ending up on 97 points and finishing second is really doing my head in. Why isn’t anyone talking about City finishing on 95 or 96 points and finishing second?

We gave Mystic shit about dual screening champions league ties, but I think I may just do it today (for the first time ever)

Because they are top of the league and bar a miracle likely will be by the end of play today..

I'm relaxed. Not expecting it to go our way, but if it does, fantastic.

Imagine us and City both slipped up. I'd vomit.
