Ming looked much better with his feet, but had almost nothing to do.
Moreno is fast, but thinks and plays slow. The same can be said for Enrique and Johnson - all drive me nuts.

My top three if Morse starts a thread will be Lucas, Coutinho, Sterling. But to be honest I thought there wasn't a weak link on the team. Markovic seems to be getting some criticism on here but I thought he was excellent, especially second half. Thought the back three defended really well, ( the penalty apart). Especially liked the way Can didn't let his head go down and grew in confidence as the game went on.

Silly from Can for the goal and I thought Moreno was extremely frustrating at times. He was like a faster Enrique. Apart from that no complaints. Great performance. Ridiculous amount of intensity. Sterling and Coutinho in particular looked fantastic at times.

We were unlucky. Courtois made one of the saves of the season on Lallana's shot (my god, what a shot that was – swerving right inside the post and hit with such power) and Gerrard outwitted Courtois, but hit the post. The penalty decision was correct, but against run of play. Oh, and the ref missed a hand-ball by Costa in their penalty area. Whatever Mourinho might say, they rode a massive amount of luck yesterday.

Other than the penalty incident (where his main mistake was not putting the ball out of play when he had the chance), I thought he was excellent, on par with Skrtel.

Yup, I thought he did a really good job ... 2nd half, he (& Markovic) shut Hazard down and they struggled to do anything bar on the breaks.

His passing and intelligence shows and I think he's gaining valuable playing time and confidence in the process.
