If they play like tonight we should have no problems, Slot might be tempted to go with the same team as Tuesday.

After a performance like last night’s, surely you keep the team unchanged? It’s a powerful signal both for your players and the opposition.

Match officials for Saturday:

Referee: David Coote.

Assistants: Timothy Wood, Craig Taylor.

Fourth official: Sam Allison.

VAR: Paul Tierney.

Assistant VAR: Sian Massey-Ellis.

What could possibly go wrong?

Jaysus, the perfect storm. Coote, easily the most incompetent in a roster of incompetence, and Tierney, the UAE's mole in the ministry on VAR.

I have a feeling he (Slot) will want to try the same combination of players again but may rest Mac and bring back Szobo. Also I would like to see another game of Gakpo-Diaz-Salah as the front 3.

Bloody hell.

Let's hope Sian can keep Tierney under control.

Slot saying exactly what I think about Jones.
Holds onto the ball for too long and needs to be more consistent.

Jota will be back around 1-2 weeks after the international break according to Slot.
So I guess he's back in December.
Must have been a broken rib then

Díaz to continue as a central striker?

Unai Emery must hope Aston Villa learn fast from their collapse at Tottenham last week given Liverpool’s considerable and decisive second-half improvements against Bayer Leverkusen and Brighton. Arne Slot’s deployment of Luis Díaz as a central striker against Leverkusen proved a resounding success with the Colombian registering the first hat-trick of his Liverpool career. The decision was shaped by the absences of Diogo Jota and Federico Chiesa (both of whom are likely to miss out again on Saturday), Darwin Núñez’s recent workload and Díaz’s ability to unsettle the Leverkusen central defender Jonathan Tah with runs in behind. The temptation to leave Díaz up top will be strong, given the 27-year-old scored more goals in one night than Núñez has delivered all season. Andy Hunter

Did he say anything about Elliott? I think he will be the most welcome return out of all the injured players.

More like

Arsenal H
Brighton A
Palace H
City - FAC final
Madrid - CL final
As if a morally and financially bankrupt City will still be playing matches by then. They'll be saving all their pennies to compensate all the other PL clubs after every lawyer in town refuses to assist them with any appeal after seeing what associating with them did for Lord Pannick's professional reputation.

Has anyone seen who we play in the final 5 games of the season?

Spurs H
Chelsea A
Arsenal H
Brighton A
Palace H
Spurs are fucking spurs
Chelsea are shite
Arsenal are bottle jobs
Brighton never go the distance
Palace are whoppers

This is absolutely fucking wild.

Nyoni and this lad clearly earmarked for for impacts this year. Maybe forward planning for salahs African adventure end of December
Thats not this year is it? Is it? Now I'm worried
