Vs Everton

Thought I might start a new thread posting views from the opposition. This week seems like a good place to start seeing as it's a derby. Stumbled across this from 'Bluekipper' - Pretty funny how they are bloody terrified of Luis.

I know shitty Suarez is a good player but I hope he stays at Liverpool for the rest of his life. They are a match made in a match made in hell. They really do deserve each other.
The man who can eat an apple through a letter box will be a big problem for our lads with his antics and you can bet he will be saving his best dives on Sunday going for his much needed penalty.
Moyesy has got his concerns.
David Moyes said: "I've got concerns about Suarez, yes, because he's got history and these people are very good at it.
"Last year was a dive, and the referee made a really poor decision that ruined the game after 15 minutes.
"It will turn the public and fans off football if they think people are conning their way to results. When you're out to manufacture results, supporters don't like it.
"Supporters don't like the idea of people going to ground too easily. Everyone who has ever played football, everyone who's been involved, would hate that. You'd be saying, 'Get up!'
"People who play football find it very hard to go along with. Retrospective viewing of diving is nearly more important than some of the other technology they are thinking about."

I've just realised that cunt said 'these people are very good at it'.

Yeah. And spear throwing David, where do you stand on that?

'that Glen Johnson will definitely be the best at that, these people are very good at it'

Ha ha! I'd love BR to come out and say 'What do you mean THESE people?'

Vs Swansea

Took this from Swansea City Footmad.net. Interesting as they seem quite respectful. Anyway here is some of their team news.

Liverpool v Swansea
Second instalment of the Big Guns triology this week, when we take on the might of Liverpool in the cup.
Enforced changes for the Swans, with Tremmel coming in for Vorm, and Tiendalli in for Rangel.
With Chelsea at home,3 days later, will ML rest more players,a risky business, with a quarter final place up for grabs,or will he keep the nucleus of the side that played so well last Saturday. We can have the rotation of our three wingers,Pablo,Wayne, and Nathan, and keep the centre back pairing of Ash and Chico. Moore is itching for his chance,Graham is hoping to get back to scoring ways,so will Michu be rested. This leaves the midfield trio of Guzman,Ki,and Britton, with Gower and Agustien hoping for their chance, along with Jazz,Monk and Tate. Decisions, decisions.

This is a couple of views of some of there other fans. @ Swansea.vitalfootball.

Difficult to know what to expect teamwise from either camp, both having weakened squads, for us we would normally field a team of 75% fringe players but I get the feeling Laudrup is getting the smell of silverware and irrispective to what he says I think he'll have a really good go at them for the fans sake.Liverpool are talking of resting Suarez and Gerrard but I don't think you divulge that sort of info if you really mean it,Rodgers also has the responsibility of bringing home some silverware so I can't see him throwing this game away for more than one reason.

I would love to see us beat them, but we are in doubt with williams and rangel banned in our already weakened defence... And that's if we field a strong team when we've had city and chelsea for the weekends. I think graham will get a start, probably dyer too since he hasn't been starting the league games lately. I'm thinking probably a kemy start too. I have a feeling the midfield will be Kemy, Britton and De Guzman or Ki.

Michael Heseltine back in public view this morning, and now Leon Britton in action this evening. It's like the 1980s never went away - maybe a good sign for LFC, if not Liverpool!
