Does Suarez stay?

It's incredibly important to keep him here - he is one of the best players in the world, and pushing our club back to where we belong will be far far easier with him leading the line.
 
We could win the league and Real could coming calling and he would be off like a spoilt little kid.

Expect no loyalty, just enjoy the moments...

I hope not man ... I really want him to stay ... Despite being a nutter, he makes football fun.
 
I love him but you really can't blame him for wanting to play for Real or Barca ... they are nirvana as far as South Americans go.
So long as we get what he's worth ((60-80M).

Talking in the boozer last night that wherever he goes in Jan, we'll have to have a trip there a couple of times a year. So I really fucking hope it isn't Chelsea.

I'm buying a small place in Valencia so either Madrid or Barcelona works for me ! But I seriously doubt he'll go anywhere in January, could bugger up his WC preparations. It'll be after the WC next Summer.

Too open ended that question, I don't think the primary factor is the champions league. If Madrid come in with 90mill for him, it wont matter two toffees if we're in the champions league. Same applies if we don't get in the champions league, and there's no offers for him.
 
I don't, all footballers are mercenaries. He'll be off Madrid if they offer us 90mill. We could sign him Cavani and he wouldn't care. He's utterly brilliant, but we can't get attached to him, as it doesn't go both ways.

I think he wants to play in Spain, if an offer comes in from one of the big two there, he'll be off no matter what we do.

If it doesn't, he'll stay if we make the CL.

If he's happy, I think he'll stay ... Maybe I'm being ridiculous blind again based on how much fun it feels to watch a player like this again (it's like watching what Robbie should have been at this age), and how I want it to continue.

First off, you all sound like some fucker who's wife is about to leave them thinking everything is going to be ok because she laughed during Dumb and Dumber .

Second, he was playing football and scoring goals. He loves all that. He loves all that soooo much more than he loves LFC. Course he looked happy.

Third, the minute Real Madrid come in for him, he's gone. So just enjoy it while it lasts.
 
Earn more money and pay less tax in a warmer climate in a country that speaks your language and has cultural ties to your own in a team that are in the CL every year and challenge for the title every year with massive buying power where you won't have to carry your average teammates?
Gone whatever we do this season. And when he does, if Bale's worth 100 million he's worth 200.

So true but lets just hope they sign Falcao instead, they have reservations that he could sully their whiter than white image. Good news for us if true.
 
Depends on who comes in for him, but I'm guessing he's got some agreement with the club that he can leave if we dont qualify for the CL and the right bid comes in. Real appaz want Aguero. Its Bayern or PSG or nothing imho. We're not gonna sell him to an English club. Hopefully he'll stay and sign a new contract and play CL footy at Anfield.
