Although he wasn't necessarily my first choice for manager, I really didn't think he would be a bad appointment. I thought he would correct some of what we all thought were "obvious" errors on Rafa's part, get our team playing as a unit, make "obvious" substitutions, etc. Unfortunately he has done none of the above and while (as I think it was Jules said in another thread) the players might be the ones who are underperforming, it's Roy's responsibility to get them performing.
I don't like the idea of sacking a manager this early into the season but it's clear we are in terminal freefall if we don't change something soon. Even our top players look midtable Championship calibre right now.
