Ok, this is new to me, cos this is the first house we've bought & we bought from someone who had already moved out.
We are putting this house on the market next week, we have seen the house we want & know what we want to offer, that's currently empty & not part of a chain.
So do we put an offer in on the house we want as soon as ours is on the market & we have a mortgage agreement in place, asking for it to be taken off the market, then wait for ours to be sold?
Does the mortgage agreement not usually get given until the current house is sold?
Or do we wait until we have an offer before we put one in?
