Football talkshows

Maybe I am not native to UK but the noise from different accent all talking at the same time and over each other is just not my cup of tea.

Same for the Henry, Carra and Richards segment, laughing, shouting, borderline screaming...

It's all noise pollution to me and for that I'm out.

I think it’s worse than that podcast I dislike.

That programme with Henry, Carra and Richards is genuinely one of the worst things I've ever seen on the tv

I do get the point Carra is making about us not wishing any harm on him and hoping he does well. I get where he's coming from. But i hope his fucking plane crashes.
It would be better if it happened sooner rather than later as Liverpool will get the insurance pay out.

Overall, I like the Overlap... but if I hear one more story about Keane-Viera- and what great "characters' they had in the dressing room. It's at risk of being more regurgitated shite from the heights of the Manu - Arsenal era in the noughties and nineties. Keano's wife got 20 mins to say to sell her cereal. JAYSIS.

I will say it's miles ahead of the other shows with McAteer, and Keyes and Grey. Or the one with Mickey Owen.

Shearer and Lineker and Richards are good.

Richards, Henry Kate Phooar, and Carra is a bit of a laugh.

Keano's daughter dude...

You've got to be kidding, the Lineker one is fucking terrible. Half of it is just Lineker making Christmas cracker level puns and Richards laughing like a mental patient. And Shearer is probably the thickest pundit out there. It's the lowest effort podcast imaginable.

I think Bruce Springsteen summed it all up best in his song "Glory Days".

I can't abide anything with Neville on. He's the most myopic pundit in the world. Cunt actively included united in teams Isak "might" move to.

But watching him make an utter cunt of himself over united time and time again is great fun.

My favourite was when he argued that no way would you take Gravy, Macca and Dom over Casemiro, Manoo and Fernandez and Utd clearly had a better midfield.

I take it as a compliment to LFC in a way. He was better than this in the days when he didn't see us as serious contenders. Amazing to look back on now, but there were times when I caught myself thinking what he was saying actually made some sense.

You can see Neville’s destroyed by what’s happening to Utd - it really kills him that they’ve become so shit - Keane couldn’t give a fuck.

That’s part of what makes it watchable - what stupid thing is Neville going to say next to try to make Utd relevant again.

Long may it continue.

I like The Overlap but I'm kinda finished with all the ex Utd players coming on as guests. Get someone else on ffs.
