I agree. Aqua had loads of qualities we could have used this season (and last season too). Sadly, if his heart is in Italy, and not Liverpool it is never going to happen.
 
The problem with getting rid of Adam, as with Carroll, Downing and Henderson, is that it means they have to be replaced. We already need 2 attacking wide players and a striker, so we'd be better keeping the above mentioned at this point.
 
Adam is an ok player but hes extremely limited and to get the best out of him you need to build a midfield that hides his deficiencies, his output might be worth Blackpool doing that but its not worth it for a team trying to get into the top 4 to have two guys carrying the water for a quarterback to set up 1 chance per game.

I dont see him improving either, he still looks unfit most of the time and struggles badly positionally, added to that he is often guilty of giving the ball away in very dangerous positions, if Aqualani comes back Id rather get rid of Adam, for whatever fee is available as there really isnt room for both of them in the squad, neither of them should be in the first team

I say get rid, he doesnt do enough basic things right to persevere with and the things he does get right are not frequent enough
