Why is that not a red? It's a guaranteed goal, and instead of 11v10, it's a 50/50 attempt (which is saved) & Denmark have 11 men on the pitch.
That should be red.

The thing that really impressed me about Kane when opponents were trying to put him off before his penalties last week - he went through his routine, stood up, and if he couldn't take the pen exactly then, he'd go through the whole routine again, and again, until he could. Perfect way to combat any distraction. Modric looked a bit spooked.

He's made genuine attempt to play ball. Only red if deliberate foul. Which that could have been considered it was considering it was a open goal
 
Nah no penalty goals in those situations but the player should be fully aware they are going off for it and missing the next game. It's the price they pay and the gamble they take.

Yellow in that situation is nonsense.
