Mental start.

I'd just finished texting my mate to say that conceding so early against a Denmark side that's so good defensively is a nightmare.

Then Croatia promptly scored.
 
This world cup was a madness even before we got to russia.
Imagine if someone told you before the round of 16 was over Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Argentina and Portugal wouldnt be able to win.
 
And neither Ronaldo or Messi will ever win a world cup.

Keeps them still behind Maradona and Zidane for me.
 
one question, one point
1) was that great 20 year old croatian winger that shone in euro 2016? mario something?
2) Denmark have scored 30 world cup goals ... all 30 in the box!
 
Oh yes, pens will be brilliant.
Couldn't care less about who makes it through though...just love the drama.
 
Difference between yesterday and today is that today its just European teams playing each other. These two teams are just cancelling each other out.
 
I want Croatia to go through, I reckon they've played the better football over the course of the tournament so far.

I want Denmark to go through, cos I too think Croatia have been the better side.

Same reason I want Brazil to get beat tomorrow.

They've a population of 4 million (obviously I had to Google that), how do they get such a good team with just 4 million people?
