soya sauce is fermented soya coloured with caramel and salt is one of its ingredients
I would be interested to know how much salt is contained in 100g of soya sauce. although i think good chinese food rarely needs it. soya sauce is often on the table in chinese restaurants and i ask the more knowledgable of you what dishes do you use it for if any?
soya sauce on the table are for dips or to enhance the flavour to the dishes/meat. salt content in soya sauce varies from brand to brand. some has little or even none. read the label. however, it will not be possible to do so if the sauce jar on the table do not provide the label as it could be filled up from bigger containers. taste it and see whether it is too salty or not. if too salty, dip less. if you think te flavour os good enough, do not dip.

Did you find out how much salt is in soya sauce ?

"They" will eat anything...
they too are humans and furyoo a singaporean also eats it

I must say though, chicken buttocks is by no means a common staple diet, and loads of people here don't like/avoid it. I've never seen it sold, those I've eaten are home-cooked.

Which is a pity.

I fancy it with jacket potato and tuna,
so do i just sprinkle it on before,
i put it in the microwave

you can fry garlic, i chop some up and do it with onions.. you can also roast garlic.. its really nice when mixed in with other veg. Have never actually just sprinked it on something before
