last year I predicted from the off that we would get close very close but in the end our lack of creativity out wide against stubborn teams would cost us and we wouldn't win it. AS soon as Keane was brought in I said we made a mistake and should have bought a quality wide man. Again another accurate prediction. My negatvity was because I could see how close we were and it did and still does hurt more to see us so close last year and not get over the line than this season where we never had a chance. With a better summer in the market in 08 we would have won the league. Everything was primed for it.

So in conclusion I said we'd get close last year but not win it so I was raging all season long at a golden chance for no 19 lost and this season I said we'd do well to get the top 6 and again has proven on the money.

Not smug but maybe it shows I'm not a thick as some would make out on here.

We've only been subjected to his cringeworthy chalkboard for a season, and tragically Benitez chose that season to go *mental*.

So every defence of his shit players, fuckwit use of subs, inept tactics and team selections have blown up in O'Tomkin's face, week after painful week, as Liverpool hobble, palsied and crippled, to the end of the season, somewhat a way short of fourth.

So many highlights to savour:

The rinsing by photo evidence about defensive positioning, 'seriously fucking HOW could that team work?', the 442, Gerrard as a CM, Lucas/ Eggnog is good enough, the sectarian manager...I could go on, the examples are legion

Every fucking week O'Tomkins was wrong about something, or everything, to the point were even Dreamy was ruining him effortlessly

It's been a *tiny* bright spot in a woeful, woeful season
