Which is the position Suarez should play in so he'd be a second string player. We need more first string players. We need a mobile goal score and better attacking options. I hear Soldado and Muniain are our main targets but those primary targets are easier said than done. I think we need a world class attacking mid also.

He's more of an attacking midfielder than second striker. He's strong, rarely gives the ball away and can pick a pass. A very talented footballer. People might think we should be aiming higher but i'd be happy if we signed Dembele and Hoilett in the summer. Both realistic targets as well.

But not good enough Gary. Realistic, absolutely. Good enough? I don't think so.

And therein lies the problem. We all want better players for this club but getting them is now much much harder. Those players you've listed aren't good enough mate but it's probably the ilk of what we'll get and we'll likely be in the same position next year because of it. We need a better scouting network. We need to buy players before they become out of price range or within the sights of clubs more attractive than ourselves. And that is not going to happen overnight.

Asamoah is still a beast ain't he? Marin has struggled recently but the talent is there,it needs coaxing out.

Sadly its either try for the best and pray or aim at the class below. Obviously we should spend the first half if the summer doing the former, but if we start to struggle we don't want to leave it too late to improve

Which Asamoah mate? Marin has had no form for a while now has he? I dunno.

But yeh hope for the best is all we can do. Doesn't mean it will happen and an eternal circle of LFC depression continues....

Kwadwo asamoah.

As i say, understand that people would have their reservations, but i've watched quite a bit of both players in the last few seasons and they've really stood out.
They have qualities that we're lacking withing the team and squad - such as pace, power and skill on the ball.

Obviously we'd still need much more even if we were to sign them.

Dempsey is on fire at the moment. Shame Roy didnt sign him last season whenwe were linked.

Fulham1-1Chelsea FT

Fulham very good value for their point.
Chelsea in sixth, struggling to get into Europe😉

it's getting to the stage where the only way chelsea will be in next years CL is by winning it this year. possible, all they have to do is get past barca and real.

Am I the only one who hope Spurs fucks up 3rd/4th?

Their cuntish fans have suddenly vanished, and Bale is no longer the new Messi/Ronaldo.
I'm actually enjoying it a bit, and probably more sobecase we are so shite.

Nope. Same here. I really hope they don't make the CL.

I'd prefer Newcastle get it

I love an underdog even if they're a gang of cunts

Oh and if there's a better goal this season than Ben Arfa's from yesterday I haven't seen it.

What a talent that boy is.

Good goal but the defending once he got to the edge of the area was embarrassing. The two Bolton defenders pretty much let him run through unchallenged.

It was the turn on the halfway line that made it a bit special. The rest was Ben Arfa running towards goal in a straight line.

I seem to remember someone scoring against us in a similar fashion, i.e. completely unchallenged on the way to goal.

It was also the reason i didn't like connor wickhams goal last year. Only 1 player made any decent attempt at a challenge.
