Last other games before crimbo thread

The thing is his stats will show he wasn't pulling up trees in the championship, so they must have been paying attention and focusing on his style and technical ability.

He was pretty outstanding in the Championship. It was just Villa who decided to take the plunge

As it stands we are 9 ahead of city with 2 in hand. There’s been times where we’ve been 9 ahead with them having 2 in hand.

Numbers don't back it up, you don't look at someone with 4 goals and 8 assists in 61 games and think yeah, so it must've been other things he was doing to catch their eye. His style, physique, technical ability etc.

He's already got better numbers in the Prem having played half the number of games.

City are in the MUD and I love to see it.

Hopefully they miss out on top 4.

Top 5 will do it as of now. England is in line for the extra spot. Need Spurs and United to drop out of Europa. Chelsea should win the Conference League with their b-team. At some point City may decide to focus on Champions League.

Yeah except at the start of those 61 games he was 19 years old -- and playing as a winger. He scored 7 and assisted 8 in 33 appearances for Middlesbrough and was the top scorer in the EFL Cup, having played only half a season. He was a very known quantity, just like Archie Gray, Harvey Elliott, Madueke etc. Everyone knew who he was.

The reason he's scoring more now is because he played as winger in the Championship, and now he's playing as the second striker.

Anyway, I still don't think he's good enough for us.

Not understanding this whole Rico Lewis thing. He doesn't look to have the basic skills, seems out of position a lot.

What happened to this whole Multi Club Ownership model yielding limitless players, it's not quiet working currently yet is it...

Newcastle 2-0 up. Isak after a minute and Murphy. Both cracking strikes.

Nothing to report from West Ham Brighton.

Why? Top 5 PL or win the CL? They've not got a chance in hell of winning the CL.
