The match between Thailand and Liverpool FC on Sunday, July 28 at the Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok has moved to a 5.40pm kick-off local time.

The original kick-off time was 6pm but as a mark of respect to HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, who celebrates his 61st birthday, the time has been moved to allow the royal family to broadcast a special message to honour the occasion.
 
It's the distance mostly but yes he does look young.

Not a popular member of the royal family by many accounts.

Brendan Rodgers just oversaw an 11-a-side 14-minute training match at the national stadium in Bangkok

Green bibs: Jones, Johnson, Gerrard, Borini, Coutinho, Lucas, Toure, Aspas, Enrique, Allen, Agger

Orange bibs: Mignolet, Downing, Sterling, Alberto, Henderson, Ibe, Skrtel, Wisdom, Coates, Suarez, Kelly

Orange bibs won 2-1 thanks to a Downing header and great Sterling drive. Borini got the consolation

With all the shit going on with Suarez and Bale wanting to jump their respective ships, it makes you realise how great it is that Gerrard has never left.

He did come close but ultimately resisted which is the main thing.

Suarez hasn't left yet. Nor has Bale.
 
At the time it felt like it was.

Anyway, my point is more about the value of your best player staying around
