The reason (according to the Daily Mail)?

Vigouroux paid a £50 fine in pennies in bags from the bank.

In an ideal world someone would smash his jaw in with those bags. It might wake him up to some sort of reality. As it is, him losing his contract and having a life wondering what could have been will do the trick. Prick.

I think that's boss

Gonna slightly make his career stumble like, but worth it for the lols

If you going to be a wanker then at least be good. You can do what you like if you're worth 50m. I don't know who this cunt is.

I'm going to book a go at Woland's escape the room game and pay in 1p coins.

What a dumb twat..sack him. Poor attitudes are contagious...why would be even consider allowing such an average 'talent' to remain amongst young impressionable teens. I'd have killed people to get the same opportunity as him.

There are so many stories of players with all the talent and potential in the world ending up as part time boxers - working at McDonald's drive thru's because they went through a rough patch or got caught up with the wrong crowd. We should expect and demand the utmost professionalism from our youth and 1st teamers.... If you are average...it shouldn't even need a second thought.

Apparently Swindon let Liverpool know about it, and Liverpool called him back and they were the ones who ended the loan. It's not entirely clear yet if LFC have accepted it was all his fault - there's some suggestion they were concerned about Swindon's behaviour towards him prior to that.

Swindon fans seem mostly disappointed he's gone, but here are some snippets about his attitude:

Vigouroux has been turning up to training an hour & a half late apparently. This is the reason behind it.

I was watching him train at half time on Saturday and he spent the first 5/10 mins on his own with nobody talking to him or helping him train. He was just taking pens in an empty net. This said a lot that even Hale wasn't warming him up.

He seemed annoyed v Buirton when the Town End were barracking the team in general

Well how dare he when we are so sh1te
The players are temporary but the fans have to endure for much longer

Another LiverPOO boy on loan - Jordan Williams - is said to have stuck two fingers up at the Town End fans during the same game

They probably think they are too good for us

Seem then that Vigeroux had the "too big for League 1" attitude that blights some premier league youngsters, if those reports are true.

Apparently he's done a few things that lost respect from the squad. Total wanker.

Maybe it's being pampered at a big club, without much pressure of expectation (who expects our reserve keepers to really get into the first team set-up and stay there?), but a few of these keepers seem to have attitude problems. I always thought Ward was a right cocky little toe-rag, with an ego that dwarfed his modest talent, although to his credit he seems to be doing very well now on loan. We've several others who'd struggle to impress in non-league football. Fulton seems to have a bit of character and drive, but otherwise that's about it. The sad thing about this chump is that he actually looked a decent signing by Inglethorpe.

Ward's attitude actually seems to have helped. My Aberdeen-supporting (and habitual home game-attending) source reckons they needed a bit of that at the back. Incidentally I'm told Ryan McLaughlin looks to be shaping up well too.

I doubt he'll be there long, seeing as the other players appear to have shunned him. Could be character forming, of course, but he's got a hell of a lot of bridges to re-build.

Hahahahahaha fucking hell.

So the manger doesn't like him because he's a cunt. He then fines him a petty amount of money. Vigouroux takes the pettiness up a notch. The manager throws a fit and grasses him up to Liverpool. Loan ends. Then manager thinks oh fuck, I'm fucked now, and goes crawling back to ask for the loan to be reinstated. Pathetic. All of them.

[article=http://www.swindontownfc.co.uk/news/article/club-statement-lawrence-vigouroux-2719388.aspx#VSgmhS6A0qcOUhfz.99]SWINDON Town can confirm that on-loan goalkeeper, Lawrence Vigouroux’s absence from the starting line-up last Saturday was as a result of an individual indiscretion.

Vigouroux was late to a training session last week and was subsequently withdrawn from the starting XI against Colchester United.

After the weekend, he was called to a meeting in Liverpool by his parent club’s academy staff to explain his actions.

Following on from this meeting, Vigouroux has now returned to SN1 and will be available for selection again by Swindon Town this weekend. Contrary to reports, his loan agreement has not been terminated.

The club considers this disciplinary matter to have now been dealt with and would like to move on swiftly.[/article]
