If I'm not wrong, this table refers to goals scored in the major leagues for the calendar year 2013. That explains the odd numbers.

You wouldn't have Negredo's figures the way they are (36 games, 23 goals) in that case. He scored 25 goals in 36 league games for Sevilla in 2012/2013, and is currently on 9 goals from 23 games for City for 2013/2014. So I think the numbers are from his second half of his 2012/2013 Sevilla season in 2013, and the first half of the 2013/2014 City season in 2013.
Which is weird because Suarez has 23 goals this season.
