Just found it, I thought he closed his twitter after him being a plank last time.
He's got a point.
Basically, hailed a cab for a short drive that should cost $7, Babel gets in the back seat of the van taxi and falls a kip, then the driver whilst Babel is asleep picks up new passangers who are going the airport, Babel wakes up kicks off, they drop the passangers off then takes Babel to his destination and asks for $20 Babel gives him $8 leaves and gets pulled by the buzzes, Babel, the Cobbie and the police argue, and then Babel ends up in the station.
The taxi drivers round Manchester always pretend they don't know the way (isn't that their job?) and if you don't tell them directions they go a stupidly long way and say they didn't know.
