At least they are slightly more relevant than hairy handsWhy the interest in what Neville and Carragher say about it? Are they thought to be biased or compromised or something? Genuinely asking.
Former pros who commentate (the latter very poorly), their views have a lot of weight rightly or wrongly. Why the interest in what Neville and Carragher say about it? Are they thought to be biased or compromised or something? Genuinely asking.

Was recorded before the latest allegations wasn't it?
Hairy hands has had his say. He said he's done as a premier league ref but should stay on as EFL similar.

Because they tweet about everything football as soon as it happens but they remained quiet for three days over this... Which makes it pretty obvious that they were waiting to know what they could and couldn't say. It's right to be pissed off that the owner of the TV rights is controlled in some way by the league, and that the presenters and so called experts are their puppets. It's the same reason they didn't mention the Diaz being obviously onside thing during the match, even at half time, while they were spinning a story with the refs.
They were massively caught out by BeIn sports if I remember rightly. Who played it at HT and analysed the fuck up. Saying it was a major fuck up and heads should roll
Sky were alerted that they couldn't hold it back, so just before the end if HT they played it as almost oh this was a minor mistake.
