I wonder if Karius’s mistakes had anything to do with that hit on the head. It sounds like an excuse but everything would be in a different light if it turns out he played the 2nd half with a concussion.

Thoughts are with you, man. That's tough news to take. I had some strange, swirling emotions with my uncle's celebration of life and the match so I can appreciate feeling all over the place
Two horrible errors in the biggest stage in club football, who can you compare it to?
Also, yeah I'm pissed off at Karius like everyone else but like I said, I'd expect that someone in the team would console him. I thought our mantra was 'YNWA'? He was walking alone like a motherfucker out there...
So if I'm a worse supporter than you, then you should definitely get what I mean.
We didn't actually play badly, we were definitely the best team till salah went off. We looked like we were going to score.
1.
But the delicate balance of the attack (and team) was exposed when we lost Salah.
2.
Also, losing Salah showed the emptiness creativity wise in our midfield. Everyone loves that midfield when they are supplying the Fab Three, but when the front three have an off day, you realise how much that the midfield is lacking in creativity. No one can seem to pick up the ball and run at people. How we missed ox today...

That defence - played relatively ok. But Karius just messed up. I have been noticing even before today that Karius has a weird attitude with regard to him being too laid back. Sometimes it comes across as cocky even and this combination of cockiness and laidbackness bit him in there arse. Even the worldie that Bale scored (I know you may think me harsh), he notices it and then makes a half-assed attempt at going for it, he did similar with the long-range shots against Roma too. Its as if he is ashamed of looking stupid by committing to diving for shots... I know the game got to Karuis but for the future, delete your Instagram and concentrate on your gk skills more...people say kauris has been good lately, the reason he has been better is because off VVD not so much because he is a good gk.
If you act the cunt in this thread then you deserve a ban. Lifetime ban.
We were flat after Salah going off. Ramos knew what he was doing. We got done by 2 fuck ups and a worldy/fluke. Manè was brilliant. As were the back 4.
Firmino was crap. Milner ran himself to the ground. Lallana pointless and did Can even touch the ball? That shows why we need 5 players at least. Our bench was shite. Oxlade-Chamberlain would’ve made a big difference but beyond that we have nothing.
The better team won but we aren’t too far away.
Just watch. We won’t make the final in Madrid as it’s piss easy to get to. We will when it’s back at the pain in the arse ataturk.
Bobby changed after Salah went off, he was drifting deeper and deeper to try and get ball to dictate as we had lost the outlet ball to Mo. Lallana, wasn't fit. Such a shame with the mo injury and what followed. We were excellent for 35 mins and had Mo not been injured I'm sure we'd have done well. It's had a massive impact on the game and the mistakes have cost us. Madrid were there for the taking.

Lallana was objectively terrible but the guy hasnt been fit all season, really difficult to expect him to come into a gane like this and be up to speed in a position he doesnt play normally. I wouldnt be massively surprised if he does move on because his minutes will be limited but I dont think he wears too much blame for this.
So galling, take away the GK errors and its 1-1 and possibly extra time and penalties, all that without our best player against a full strength Madrid team!
To be fair to Karuis, well done for going to say sorry to the fans, his head must have been in a mess and I'm sure the last thing he wanted to do was to go and face those fans. But credit he apologised several times and was crying, i wanted to put an arm around him. This is a big period for him, he needs to concentrate on his game more than his looks and maybe he could get back and recover his career though.
We should sell him. He has been injured a lot and continue to get injured because he does not have the physical attributes for a klopp system. To fragile for this team. He will never be a regular starter and therefore cannot play into form by being a bench warmer.
I know what you are saying but forget about him being out injured for a moment. I think we were 2-1 down won a tackle and had a chance to break on them instead he does a useless turn and passes it backwards. He is the anti klopp player, he wants us to break quickly yet he has to get a flick or a turn in and slows the game down. There was also another couple of occasions where he switched off and nearly cost us. So he presses whoop de fucking whoop you can teach people to press, I’m done with him.
You know what I am biased against him and have never rated him, he has always had an inferiority complex in how he plays - players such as him with those extra touches and turns trying to prove they belong actually prove they don’t belong as the very top players keep it simple - he is Everton level at best.
I just met the head of the Australian pharmacists guild at a conference and he was not only a Liverpool supporter but was at Kyiv with his son and didn't even have accommodations for the night of the match. What a legend. Negotiated a $19 billion deal with his government this year too.
