I always knew he'd return to his books.

early on in his career he did a fan question interview where he was asked the famous philosophical question of whether a tree falling over in a forest with no one around makes a sound.

he sat back and pondered saying 'I know this one'. his answer was 'yes'.

no one before ibe had been able to solve the issue and I realised he was some kind of genius there and then.

he has more to offer the world as an intellectual than a footballer.

You could see it in his face the last time he was coming on as sub and klopp gave him a hair ruffle. He wasn't into it at all, he just looked pissed off.

You have to say that since Klopp came in he's had a good chance to impress and sadly hasn't. I was hopeful he'd be a tailor-made replacement for Sterling. Can't see it now. I think when you look at Ojo, Stewart and Smith, for example, they are players Klopp thinks he can use. Looks like time's up for Ibe.

Klopp's spent a huge amount of time on him, but he hasn't really improved. I think Klopp, quite rightly IMHO, has identified his seeming inability to concentrate fully for 90 minutes as a major part of his problem. There's not been a problem with attitude - after all, he asked for extra training sessions over the summer break - but he just doesn't seem able to keep a focus on the task in hand. I'm sure there's a really exciting player in there, but it's been an exasperating season.

There's a real talent here. He's strong and fast and can hold his own against any defence. If he can play the ball quicker and not try to beat 5 players every single time, he'd be world class.

I think the social media changes are more to do with him being told to concentrate on working rather than any sulking on his part. I believe there's been discussion about loaning him out next season, but no decision's been made. He's obviously a bit depressed that, after a period of relative success, he's back out in the cold, but I hope we hang on to him.

But isn't that answer wrong? I thought that the answer to this is that technically a sound is made when moving air hits eardrums. So if there's no eardrums present there can be no sound.

Whether or not a sound is detected by an eardrum does not logically imply that the sound did not happen.
