Quoting from myself (which is always a bit dodge) from my earlier post
“They will be losing Matic, Mata, Lingaard, Pogba and Cavani for definite with greenwood sacked. So zero transfer income (although a sizeable saving in wages).
Outgoings on top of that are likely to be Heaton, Martial, Williams and Diallo with Rashford and Henderson considering jumping.
Finally De Gea, Ronaldo and Jones will also be entering into final years with no real appetite to pick up optional extensions. More “dead money” if they don’t cash in this summer
All in all up to 14 possible leavers with little money generation.
Add in that this will leave them with Maguire, Wan-bisaka and Shaw and you shudder”
Their situation today will be 5 times worse next season, they’ve yet to hit the bottom
His contract has three, plus an optional fourth, years to run and Tranfermarkt have got him tagged with a (rather optimistic) market value of €40m (£33.5m)
So his three years wages are equal to his current value
They have tons of cash and will lose some serious deadwood. They still retain considerable allure. They'll be fine with a good managerial setup. Look at Spurs and Arsenal.
People on here were creaming their bills over Wan Bissaka (or AWB as they cringingly referred to him) when Utd signed him. Some even said he was a match for Trent (or TAA in their speak)

They don’t have bottomless pockets and buying in 8- 10 quality players with no real sale income is not realistic for any club. Especially when everyone knows they HAVE to buy and they are top payers
Also given Uniteds buy record how many of the 8-10 will be any use?
