we didn't lose. it was a fucking dresden like fire bombing.
They put up some incredible stats during the cowboys game about how far back they've gone under that new defensive coordinator. It was remarkable, it's like they picked the cunt out of the stands.
Watched the Texas Mountaineer game here in Morgantown. Good game .Texas won in overtime.
I don't see the Saban to Texas thing. For one thing, dude does his Tide telly commitments on the pitch after each home game. The words "Longhorn Network" will make him shit an entire snow leopard. Alabama let him do whatever the fuck he wants (including monkeying about with recruiting and roster numbers) in a way Austin never would. And UT might be the richest programme, but Saban is already the best paid coach. His DC gets over a $1m for fuck's sake. People can't even poach their staff.
I don't think he'll be there twenty years or anything, but I'd be shocked if he left this year. Especially for Texas. The Big 12 is a mess. Would anyone be surprised if Texas went indy? Perhaps Saban would like that, I dunno. Schedule control, no 13th game conference championship to fuck your plans up. People seem to be suggesting that a three-peat would be enough, time to go somewhere else. But Saban has never struck me as being an enough sort of guy. If he gets three in a row, he'll want four. Maybe the thought of a new QB is a concern for him, in that it might be easier to take on a new QB in a new school rather than replace the relationship/success he has enjoyed with McCarron. But he has a choice at Bama - Sims, Del Rio, and he'll have true freshers Cornwell and Town (who chose the Tide over Texas).
Plus, I hate UT and will refuse to believe it even if it happened.
Spent the last 3 days in College Station at Texas A&M, and got a tour of Kyle Field during it. Apart from it being fucking freezing, it was really interesting. They're re-building parts of it, and the history behind the stadium wasn't something I knew anything about.
Fucking weird people mind you.

What was the totty like?
You visited on the coldest days of the year so far, mind, but yeah we're doing a massive renovation and rebuild of Kyle right now, started last weekend after the last home game of the season.
Did anyone see that catch in the UCF game? Fuck me.
Told you Worton had buckets. Kid can ball. Imagine fucking up your BCS chances against that Temple side though. UCF have so many close wins they should let them into the Orange bowl just for being massive chancers. They'll get murderized, but still.
