So wait a minute here, we're on course for 6th and Rafa's doubters are all wrong?
Brilliant.

Actually, this isn't meant to be pro rafa, more regards the notion that our ills are systematic/mentality based rather than just a personnel issue. People have bemoaned our lack of adventure all season and blamed the lineup, mainly. Well that today was probably as close to what people have been calling for. No lucas (two dm's) at home, the axeing of kuyt who apparently hampers our attacking swiftness, and no Insua, who offers fuckall.
Some could argue 442 would have been more productive, we tried it in the game and ultimately we were still scratching the surface and well lacking.
I'm far from Rafas biggest fan these days, and yes we also missed Torres, but today showed that the problems run alot deeper than just fucking of Lucas to give us more of a creative edge. We're in a fragile state as a side and we've got a lot of players baring the brunt of it, unfairly too. Like I've said a few times this week in other threads, our issues are a question of morale and confidence more than anything.
